Terms of Use

Last updated: September 17, 2026. By downloading, installing or using the Ekrano application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Ekrano is a media player application that lets you stream content from your own IPTV subscriptions. The App does not provide, host or distribute any media content, channels or streams. You must supply your own IPTV service credentials.

2. Subscription and Billing (Ekrano Premium)

Use of the App requires an auto-renewable subscription, aiptv Premium, available as a monthly plan (NOK 19 per month in Norway) or a yearly plan (NOK 149 per year in Norway). Local pricing applies in other regions; the exact price for your region is shown on the subscription screen before you buy. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time. On Apple TV: Settings → Users and Accounts → your account → Subscriptions. On iPhone or iPad: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
  • Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • The subscription unlocks the player App itself. It does not include any channels, movies or other content.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the IPTV subscriptions you use with the App.
  • You must ensure that your use of IPTV services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • You must hold legitimate subscriptions to the IPTV services you configure in the App.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

4. Content Disclaimer

The App is a media player only. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for any content accessed through third-party IPTV services. All content is provided by, and is the responsibility of, the respective IPTV service providers.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code and branding, is the intellectual property of APPIT. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the App.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any particular IPTV service will work with it, or anything about the quality or availability of content from IPTV providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APPIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including damages for loss of data or profits.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with IPTV service providers (configured by you), Apple iCloud for data synchronisation, The Movie Database (TMDB) for artwork and descriptions, and VLCKit for media playback. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or terms of these services.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
